We have simplified account administration for our users.
We are delighted to announce that we have released an upgrade to My.Phone.com that will allow administrative users to access some or all management and configuration features from My.Phone.com.
If you previously used Configure and More Services to manage your account and access reports, you can now do it all from My.Phone.com.
From the left navigation menu, you can manage numbers, users, phones, and reception services. You can also access valuable reports and call logs. With My.Phone.com users can manage account settings, billing, and business hours.
Any links you have to Configure and Console (More Services) will still work, but navigating to these applications will no longer be necessary because you can do everything they’d like from My.Phone.com.
Control Panel
If you use Control Panel to administer your account, you can access Reception Services, manage phones, and view valuable reports in My.Phone.com.
