What's included on my invoice?
This article will help you understand your monthly bill.
To see your billing overview, including your current balance and recent activity, log into My.Phone.com and select Bill and Pay from the left navigation bar.
For more details, select statements and choose the invoice that you would like to review.
The upper right box contains your billing summary for this period, including:
- The amount due
- Payment due date
- Invoice date
The following sections will show:
- Previous balance, if applicable
- Payments - Any payments made during the billing period
- Adjustments - Any credits or manual adjustments made to the account
- New charges - All new charges during the billing period, including:
- User plans - Your charges for each plan on your account for the billing period.
- Phone numbers - any one-time or recurring charges for phone numbers on the account.
- Additional services - Charges for any add-on services, including AI-Connect, ProSIM, and Live Answer Connect. These charges may be prorated if added during the billing cycle.
- Features included in your plan - Included features will be listed with a $0 charge.
- Additional usage - Charges for additional calling minutes, additional call recording minutes, or additional Live Answer Connect minutes will be reflected if applicable to your plan and usage.
