Basic Troubleshooting
Try these basic troubleshooting steps first
- Verify the internet speed
- Recommended speeds can be found here
- Are you a my.phone.com user? Do you have a specific error being given?
- If yes, it is something likely affecting the account and not the application. Please contact support
- Verify the mobile application is up to date
- Verify that the phone’s internal software is up to date
- Log out and back in to the app
