# How do I troubleshoot my mobile app?

## Use this guide to help you troubleshoot your Phone.com mobile app

### Basic Troubleshooting

Try these basic troubleshooting steps first

- Verify the internet speed  
    - Recommended speeds can be found [here](https://support.phone.com/how-do-i-troubleshoot-my-network?hsLang=en)
- Are you a my.phone.com user? Do you have a specific error being given?  
    - If yes, it is something likely affecting the account and not the application. Please contact support
- Verify the mobile application is up to date
- Verify that the phone’s internal software is up to date
- Log out and back in to the app
