Their are two options available when transferring calls. Warm and blind transfer.
Warm Transfer
Will allow the transferring user to speak privately with the receiving user before transferring the call. A warm transfer will also allow for a seem less transfer and introduction of the party being transferred party.
Blind Transfer
Will allow the transferring user to speak privately with the receiving user before transferring the call. A warm transfer will also allow for a seem less transfer and introduction of the party being transferred party.
Blind Transfer
Will allow the transferring users to transfer the call without having to speak with the receiving user.

To Warm Transfer a Call:
- While on an active call, press the Tran softkey.
- Dial the transfer destination (internal extension or external number).
- Speak to the destination party.
Pro Tip! : To cancel a warm transfer and go back to the original call, tap the Cancel or EndCall softkey.
Blind Transfer:
- While on an active call, press the Tran softkey.
- Dial the transfer destination (internal extension or external number).
- Press Tran before the destination party answers.
Voicemail Transfer
Voicemail Transfer: 1. Press or the Transfer soft key. 2. Press the Blind soft key. 3. Dial plus the extension number of the voicemail where you want to transfer the call.
