How do I setup auto responder?

Auto responder is available via the iOS and Android app.

iOS Auto Responder Setup

Their are two (2) auto responders for the iOS app. Choose the one that best meets your needs below.

The first responder is in regards to missed calls. Missed Calls auto responder will send a SMS every 10 minutes. If the caller calls multiple times in the 10 minutes, they will get one Calls auto responder message.

The second responder is for incoming text messages. SMS auto responder will send a SMS every 8 hours. If the customer gets multiple SMS within the 8 hours, they will only get one SMS auto responder message.

Missed Call Responder

The first responder will require you to click the icon with the initials of the extension at the top left.

You will click on settings, then click on Calls.

You can then choose the Auto Responder section.

You will put in the message that you would like to be sent out for any missed call and change the toggle to the right to save.

SMS Responder

The second responder will require you to click the icon with the initials of the extension at the top left.

You will click on settings, then click on Message.

You can then choose the Auto Responder section.

You will put in the message that you would like to be sent out for any incoming text and change the toggle to the right to save.
