How do I enable voicemail notifications?
Voicemail notifications allow you to set up Email and/or Text notifications anytime a voicemail is received on your extension. The voicemail notification will include the time, date, number and the audio message.
Control.phone.com Setup1. Navigate to the Configure tab
2. Select Manage users/extensions
3. Select edit to the right of your extension
4. Scroll down to Voicemail Notification Settings

5. Enabled the notification option
6. Enter a Email address and/or a phone number
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page to save the changes
Voicemail notifications via text can only be sent to one (1) phone number. However, Voicemail notifications can be sent to multiple email addresses. To do this input a comma between the two email addresses.
I.e johndoe@phone.com, janedoe@phone.com
