How do I access and download my call recordings?

Phone.com administrators can listen to and download call recordings using More Services.

To access and download your call recordings:

• Log into Console.Phone.com using your administrator credentials or click on More Services from the left menu in the Configure app.
• Select Call logs under the My Account menu item from the left menu. 

• You can Play or Download the call recording for this call by clicking on one of the green icons.​

  Click on the arrow down for each call log will expand the information, and you can see all the details about this exact call.
