[My.Phone.com](https://support.phone.com/how-do-i-access-and-download-my-call-recordings#myphone) [Control Panel](https://support.phone.com/how-do-i-access-and-download-my-call-recordings#controlpanel)   ### My.Phone.com To access and download your call recordings: - Log into [My.Phone.com](https://My.phone.com) using your administrator credentials - Select **Call logs** under the **Reports** menu item from the left menu. If you don't see Call Logs under Reports, use the instructions for the Control Panel to access your call recordings. ![Access Recordings](https://support.phone.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Access%20Recordings.png?width=688&height=344&name=Access%20Recordings.png) - You can Play or Download the call recording for this call by clicking on one of the green icons.​ Click on the arrow down for each call log will expand the information, and you can see all the details about this exact call. ### Control Panel Log into [Control.Phone.com](https://control.phone.com) with admin credentials.
