Phone.com administrators can listen to and download call recordings.
My.Phone.com
To access and download your call recordings:
- Log into My.Phone.com using your administrator credentials
- Select Call logs under the Reports menu item from the left menu. If you don't see Call Logs under Reports, use the instructions for the Control Panel to access your call recordings.

You can Play or Download the call recording for this call by clicking on one of the green icons.
Click on the arrow down for each call log will expand the information, and you can see all the details about this exact call.
Control Panel
Log into Control.Phone.com with admin credentials.
Select Call Logs under Call Info in the top navigation.
Use filters to find the call you want. Then choose Listen or Download.
