How can I add or remove minutes from my plan?

Need more minutes than what your plan includes? You can add bulk minutes to your monthly allotment for all account users to share.

If you find that you are exceeding the number of minutes that your metered plan allows, or if your business needs have changed, you can add bulk minutes to your account.

Adding Bulk Minutes

1. Log in to the Phone.com Control Panel using your administrator credentials
2. Navigate to My Account and click Change My Plan
3. Click Add Bulk Minutes
4. From the drop-down box, select the number of minutes you want to add
5. Click Add


You now have additional minutes on your account.

Removing bulk minutes

1. Log in to the Phone.com Control Panel with your administrator credentials
2. Navigate to My Account and click Change My Plan
3. Click the Delete button next to the Bulk Minutes you want to delete
4. Click Ok on the pop-up box that appears


The Bulk Minutes have now been removed from your account.
